Exploring good hot sauna in Richmond, CA

Good Hot Sauna

Today is the second time I’ve had a relaxing sauna at good hot in Richmond. Using a sauna has many health benefits and is common in many European countries (especially Finland) and Latin America. In addition, sauna use can improve circulation, detoxify your body, and reduce inflammation.

I highly recommend good hot for your next sauna trip. It’s a bit out of the way, and you’ll likely need a car to get there. However, you’ll be rewarded with an awesome sauna away from the city with an ocean view. Their Finnish-style saunas come with hot rocks to warm the inside of the wooden structure.

They have saunas for private rental and a beach for cold plunging at Point San Pablo in Richmond, CA. good hot is hosted by the waters bathing collective, a worker-owned cooperative that aims to share the delight of communal bathing with the east bay community and all races, gender expressions, sexualities, and backgrounds.

The Sauna

Good Hot Sauna

The saunas you rent for 2 hours are excellent! The saunas are very all wooden with a window into the ocean. They are HOT. You can stay inside, and when you are a bit too warm, you can rinse off in their outdoor shower or do a cold plunge in the ocean.

good hot offers delicious tea from the Spice Shop in Oakland at the end of your sauna period. As you finish your stay with tea, the ocean view, and a tanning bed, I guarantee Good Hot will deeply relax you from a long week.
